To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our riders and horses please take a moment to read and understand our policies. Your cooperation helps us maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.

Riders should arrive 15 minutes before lessons to allow time for hat/ boot fittings
- All riders MUST fill out a rider registration form before participating.
- We do have a strict weight limit of 13 stone, this is for the welfare of our horses. All riders will be asked to stand on a scale before mounting. Please do not be offended, we only want our horses to be happy and comfortable!

No pets or unsupervised children are permitted

Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.
Payment & Booking
- Lessons must be booked in advance and paid for before the start of the session
- Block bookings, memberships, or packages must be paid by the specified due date.The School reserves the right to cancel lessons if payment is not received.
- Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Riders must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
- No refunds are issued for missed lessons, late arrivals, or unused sessions.
- If the School cancels a lesson due to weather or other circumstances, a makeup lesson or credit will be offered.

Respect instructors, fellow riders, and staff at all times.

Bullying, aggression, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or dismissal.

Horses must be handled quietly and calmly.

No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the premises.
- Do not feed horses treats without permission from staff.
Rider Safety Requirements
- All riders must wear a properly fitted riding helmet
Appropriate clothing is required: long trousers, closed-toe boots with a heel, and gloves recommended ( riding equipment will be provided) - Riders must follow all instructor directions promptly and respectfully.
- The School reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe, unfit, or non-compliant.
