Our commitment to safety and enjoyment

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our riders and horses please take a moment to read and understand our policies. Your cooperation helps us maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.

  • Riders should arrive 15 minutes before lessons to allow time for hat/ boot fittings

  • All riders MUST fill out a rider registration form before participating.
  • We do have a strict weight limit of 13 stone, this is for the welfare of our horses. All riders will be asked to stand on a scale before mounting. Please do not be offended, we only want our horses to be happy and comfortable! 

  • No pets or unsupervised children are permitted

  • Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.

 

Payment & Booking

  • Lessons must be booked in advance and paid for before the start of the session
  • Block bookings, memberships, or packages must be paid by the specified due date.The School reserves the right to cancel lessons if payment is not received.
  • Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Riders must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
  • Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • No refunds are issued for missed lessons, late arrivals, or unused sessions.
  • If the School cancels a lesson due to weather or other circumstances, a makeup lesson or credit will be offered.

Code of Conduct

  • Respect instructors, fellow riders, and staff at all times.

  • Bullying, aggression, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or dismissal.

  • Horses must be handled quietly and calmly.

  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the premises.

  • Do not feed horses treats without permission from staff.

 Rider Safety Requirements

  • All riders must wear a properly fitted riding helmet
    Appropriate clothing is required: long trousers, closed-toe boots with a heel, and gloves recommended ( riding equipment will be provided) 
  • Riders must follow all instructor directions promptly and respectfully.
  • The School reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe, unfit, or non-compliant.
